Information you choose to share

Our inquiry forms collect the contact and business information you enter, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, equipment, lanes, and message. Do not send bank details, driver’s license numbers, or sensitive identity documents through these initial inquiry forms.

How we use inquiries

Truckers Network Solutions LLC uses inquiry information to respond, discuss service requirements, and coordinate the next steps you request. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in our WordPress website through Contact Form 7 and Flamingo. Notifications are configured to go to the website administrator. Authorized staff may access inquiries for the purposes described above. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services.

Technical information

Hosting and website software may process technical information, including request logs and information used to operate forms, caching, and website security. Some insight images are served by an external image provider, which receives the browser request needed to display them.

Your choices

Contact us to ask about the information you have provided or request a correction or deletion. Information required for an ongoing service relationship or applicable recordkeeping obligations may need to be retained.
